• Muslims believe that Allah is absolutely unique.

• In the Qur’an we read, ‘Allah! There is no god but He’ (2. 255).

• This forms the foundation of Islamic belief; anyone who worships other gods cannot be considered a Muslim.

• Muslims also believe that Allah is the creator (Al-Khaliq).

• The Qur’an tells us that Allah ‘made beautiful all that He created’ (32. 7).

• This means that whenever Muslims admire the beauty of the world, they are reminded of Allah’s power.
